I’m right on the line a bit north
You’re palmyra area right? -
Looks like a few inches on Sunday perhaps here in State College. Antennae are perking up again.

Was a sheet of ice around SC last night. Have never seen a flash freeze actually materialize on treated roads quite like that.

State college just changed over from rain to snow.

The nam trended away from a white front end for the Lsv. Surprised. Some snow but not much east of very far west Lsv.
Just depends on interaction of coastal and whether it strengthens IMO. Right now phasing doesn’t seem to allow much deepening or energy transfer. -

Back end. -
This is gonna trend white Christmas. Calling it now.

On the negative side, I’m sure we will miss out on coastal action now. The real thumps…

Just wanted to hop in here and say wow. What an odd early hit up here in state college. As some of you may remember my wife and I just moved from the Hershey/Hummelstown area last winter (had a home on the Swatara a couple nautical miles north of MDT).
Now live out on the western side of State College. The climo difference on this side of the ridges is incredible in p-type. We had about 3-4 inches of snow with much of that as sleet burden and my dad who lives in York and our friends down the street from where we lived before had mostly a rain event.
Had some nice mood snow yesterday to top things off.- 4

Holy surprise snow! ️

When I moved from Lancaster to DuBois, it was definitely a shock. The biggest differences I noticed were the ability for car doors to freeze shut in the middle of the day, snow showers that actually can accumulate somewhat easily during the heat of the day, and significantly lower dewpoints/humidity (so splendid!) during the summers.
Moving from Hershey to State College next month. When we visit family in Philipsburg, it’s shocking how much of a climate change it is. I grew up on the York/Adams border and had an idea, but it’s still shocking how different the weather is when you step out of the car. -
Winter cancel.

Like I said, freezing rain doesn’t verify here as a primary component of a storm. The valley allows it to happen, but we are too transient of an area climo-wise to allow the lower level cold air to stick around when strong WAA prevails.

How much for Cashtown?
And the CTP screw zone tightens a bit further. -
I sign anywhere?
Yeah when does ice without changeover verify for the LSV? -
Did you Loki at the 18z
Don’t mess with my meltdown bro -
OTS, too far inland, over and over again ad nauseum.
