    You want a steel #2 coal shovel. I have a long handle in garage that has shoveled tons and tons of coal over the years.

    Same here. Got a light coating here so far that made everything nice and white again.

    I am a fan of it but I will be happy when my furnace finally stops running 24/7. Been a while since we used this much heating oil.

    Accuweather had -9 for me when I woke up and checked the AM. Was -6 yesterday AM. Still shows -5 on NWS page. I know it sure seemed like the coldest night so far by the way the furnace ran all night.

    It also has Hagerstown at 20 below and Somerset only 15 below. Don't think that is happening.

    Just measured 7 inches of Sneet here. Just switched back to snow.

    Been watching it on the radar. It looks like its mostly sleeting in the southeastern portion of Bedford Co. Just clipping me.

    Yea but some had it moving through to the south and east of me. Thought I might get lucky. 15 inches a couple days ago, to 6 inches and a sleet slop mess on top. Par for the course in my area.

    Well the sleet just started here to ruin my snow day.....

    5.5 here so far with a temp of 9.

    Measured 3-3.5 inches here so far. The snow is extremely fine and powdery. Couldn't even tell it was snowing when I got up earlier.

    I just don't want a foot of snow with 3 or 4 inches of sleet and ZR frozen solid on top. Not fun trying to clean that up.

    WC has 3-5 tonight, and 12 plus for me tomorrow now, and the NWS has 13......But they do keep the ice well east of my area. Hope the lowered NWS totals are wrong, but in my experiences for my area they are usually right. We got to zero last night for temps too.

    I hope we avoid the sleet in Bedford CO. I get worried when the talk of mixing south of the Turnpike starts. I am only 4 miles north of it.

    Lock it in. I guess I will have to get the blower down and gass it up for the first time this year. I was just complaining about not needing it so far, so maybe I will have to do that to bring the snow luck to my area from here on out.

    Please baby Jesus, just one time lol. Heck I would be happy to have enough to even get the snow blower out.

    I literally have not even got the snow blower out and gassed it up yet. I winterized it last year, put it away and have not touched it. Winters are becoming non existent in my area, except for the cold. /rant

    Snow winding down here. Measured exactly 3 inches on the car awhile ago. Our pig got a paint job and a new scarf over the summer, and we got him a duck to keep him company.

    She is not a big fan of vacuum cleaning Jamaica it appears. Much happier vacuuming the ocean.

    What are the water temps between Jamaica and Cuba? That will play a factor. If they are just as warm I would think it would have to strengthen some.
