  1. I see y’all as extended family I go to for a smile or a pick me up... so I agree.
  2. Not sure where this snow talk for tomorrow is coming from, probs model snow maps...but NWS sure isn’t buying it up here.
  3. This whole deal is no good...we all want to work and earn our pay, but lack of knowledge on this thing is just astounding even yet. It seems like each day a new theory on how easy it spreads comes out..or how it now attacks the brain or the heart along with the lungs. If things would open up right now I think each of us laid off would dutifully go back to doing our jobs immediately, however those in power in a state or federal form have the solemn responsibility to balance is it worth reopening for a spooked public that may generate less than ideal percent of average and the risks of reopening and what it brings. I would not want the roll of governor, president or any of those leadership roles right now.
  4. Same here...I’m probably conservative slanting on many things, just can’t take the narcissism and inability to ever just take some blame. Many can see past that, I just can’t. Back to weather lol...sunny here...seems most action is south and west.
  5. The problem is it may not be productive to open everything back up for a spooked public to only give 20 to 40 percent of business. Theme Parks...Tourist destinations...Restaurants....Venues....Regular retail and a bunch of others are going to suffer greatly regardless as this thing will not just flip on or off like a switch. I’m sure some jobs are better equipped for this than others, but in what I just named a ton of people are employed and it’s a hard fix to do.
  6. Yeah just kinda an impossibility at this point, really.
  7. That was one of the best displays of meteorology and severe weather live broadcasting I’ve ever witnessed. He saved many, many lives that day.
  8. Looking like a big outbreak in the Souheast on Sunday...between everything going on and the Easter holiday I’m hoping this one is a huge bust....we can make up our tornadoes in June in middle or nowhere Kansas and Nebraska like I prefer them.
  9. No kidding...wow these gusts mean business. Not all that bad here.
  10. Yeah everything around here was pushed back until at least June and some things in June were cancelled outright. I hate to say it but with lack of vaccine we could be waiting quite awhile for normal retail/restaurants to function normally and for sports to resume or any normal gatherings.
  11. Lol no tournament and nba playoffs pegged my depression meter pretty good.
  12. Thanks man means a lot... you are my forum brother after all
  13. Thanks dude appreciated....hope everyone here is healthy and all doing well...and hope we all get treated to a December 2020 blizzard.
  14. Sounds like my cousins symptoms kicked up after about 4 to 5 days, heard even walking to bathroom or from couch to bed completely winded him.
  15. Bad day in PA deaths jumped up 78(162 to 240)one day....hopefully it doesn’t go all that much higher. My cousin in Montgomery county(47 pretty healthy dude)has it and isn’t doing too well had to go to hospital so hoping he comes through okay.
  16. People are already edgy...as said in New England thread...right or wrong if people are on lockdown indefinitely through June it’s going to start getting uglier for sure.
  17. 8 so far in Lycoming Co. think we have a couple of testing stations.
  18. Lol yeah we ended up with less than an inch from that bad boy.
  19. Lol you’re fine I’m sure I was bitching and moaning.
  20. So kinda just a change in wording basically? Seems less than impactful...but not a lot they can do really.
