Think it’s a mix of lower elevation from surrounding areas and fact it’s in river valley. Where it’s extra hot in summer, the same characteristics make it a great CAD spot for some reason. Lol I’m far from expert but but think those things factor into why we get so hot.
This argument is weird to me. Where in his statement did he say everything shut down and shutting peoples lives completely down? He named a few measures one should expect to deal with in a global pandemic.
I think that someone brought up once we get so high it’ll be tough to get much higher due to testing limitations and such, think it was dan1195. Maybe once we get to 60 to 65,000 a day, we really can’t go much higher.
Yeah..this whole virus has been very complex and confusing and working in different ways than commonly thought...so situation in Georgia will be anyone’s guess the outcome.
I lose interest in ratings with high fatality events....this will be remembered and far more high impact than some EF5 scouring top soil in middle of nowhere so it’s a bit of a trade off.
