    yes true. To clarify, to me atleast, the northern cutoff and subsidence from a deform band are two different things but they can end up in the same location.

    Subsidence has nothing to do with the northern cutoff. Thats a whole nother story and can also happen anywhere

    Yep, i was waist deep. Then it was a dry spell until 92-93. Then Blizzard of 96'...lol I was in a honey hole foe that one. Will probably never see anything like it again .

    Im 43 and dont get as excited as I use to. I have plowed snow and followed storms since I was 15, went hard for 20 years. It wore me out and Im done.
