    Blowing snow in Lenoir City and 15 degrees...incredible and beautiful. Between 3-4 inches; its hard to find an exact measure due to the snow being so powdery and blowing around. BRUTALLY COLD!

    Steady small flakes in Lenoir City with some wind as well. Snow collecting on rooftops, mulch, etc. 30 degrees.

    Heavy rain and 34 degrees in Lenoir City...trees are icy. Power loss at 4:00 am until after 6:00 am.
