  2. How do you not have your heat on-- I keep it on until the temps are in the 80s.

I have it on where the tenants are but places where the space is vacant I shut it off last time we had the freeze. still didn't answer my question are we going below freezing tonight?

  3. Chris i'm so sorry for your loss man, I've had a loss last year on my birthday my father passed away from Covid . They put him on a ventilator and that was the end of it so i'm sorry man I know how it feels it's the worst feeling in the world to lose a parent. Hopefully your mom and my dad are in a better place. As for the room I'll keep an eye out, I am just wondering which area of the region are you looking at? because I may have a cousin that could have an extra room I have to find out for sure. His house is in yonkers

Euro pulls the rug — at least here in eastern pa — them 12-24 pocono forecasts not looking good

just this morning Euro pivotal maps had us on the 15-18 inch for the city now it's literally a coating. What happen to this model? GFS is the best model I don't care what anyone says not once has the GFS giving me more than a few slushy inches! Good job GFS, i'll just start looking at GFS from now on! Of course Boston gets clobbered

  5. Taking NAM over RGEM can lead to big disappointment. It’s also not like NAM showed this every run, it’s one run. It’s ok to be excited though but I always take a cautious approach.

although I agree with you the euro the UKMET the Na m are pretty much all on board for at least a 6 inch snow storm for New York City let's see what happens is still it's still early but I like the odds right now I like the odds a lot

  6. well that was a nice quick tease the NAM did, RGEM, ICON brought most of us back to reality.

But icon has been the worst model ever at least NAM
Has a better name and has scored I'll cook here and there Icon has never scored anything. rgem is a good model but I'm sorry to tell you I'll take Nam and euro over iKON and rgem anytime

  7. two out of three isn't too shabby (82-83 and 15-16) vs 97-98
although other strong el ninos which weren't "super" have also been good like 57-58
It always depends on blocking if you dont have that enso doesn't matter, they'll all be bad.

97-98 we ended up getting a surprising snowstorm that no one called, ended up with 5.5 inches on march 22nd i think if i remember correctly!

  8. i am sick of this winter! i'm literally done tracking for this storm too, it just doesn't want to produce i'm done. Good luck to eastern Long Island and New England this storm looks to underperform for most in my opinion but I hope i'm wrong but i'm done

  9. Throw it in the trash. Not even worth looking at that model at 84 hours, it’s even dreadful at 36 hours

I agree it's over. NAM meso model sucks, and ICON has got to be by far the worst model out of all of them. Even worse than nam i think. sad winter not even a 6 inch snow event makes me sad after all this waiting around and checking all the models every day. pffff shut it down
