River at rosman crested at 13.38” 4 th highest on record. 

A lot of evacuation’s going on around rosman. 

Lots of roads flooded. Highway 64 closed. 

Man talk about some heavy rain last night. Totaled 4.89”from 6:00 yesterday evening to about 5:00 this morning. Nws is saying possibly 10” from Fred this week.

Bad thing is many areas have over 3 inches the past 2 days already. We have about 1.5 here and still raining currently. Water levels are still pretty low though thankfully. 

We picked up 1.50 this pm. We kayaked the upper French broad around rosman today and the water was fairly low.

Man it’s been a frog strangler since about lunch time. Over 3” so far with thunder and lightning. 

Getting a pretty heavy snow shower atm. 

Had a pretty good skiff of sleet on the ground this morning.
