It's compacting at this point...think we maxed out around 5.5" here in FDK.

About 4" here in FDK now, but I'm guessing it started here 20-30mins before you guys up that far north.

I have to say...I'm stunned here in Frederick. Was happy with the 1-2" projection. This thing might go for 6" at this rate.

See some stations around FDK closing in on ~1.5" in the past 45 minutes or so. And that cell shows no sign of movin'.

Never seen one of these before: "Flash Flood Emergency Frederick County, Maryland At 838 PM EDT, emergency management officials reported severe flooding with multiple water rescues across the area ... This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION ..."

That is the main street through downtown FDK fwiw...well assuming you meant Market St.

There may be some elevated areas NW of town that get 10" the way this...well....not moving away from the area.
