the cut off from the NAM model has consistently given the heaviest to the east of Somerset County. I think its much like the same setup with the last storm where everything was to our east. I have measured 1/2 inch heaviest bands seem to not be over us for some reason. Goldberg is good but Id go with the low ends of his total. 4-8 better range...why are you on a ban?
