  1. Listen, I hope you’re right, I’m just going on latest models, Upton just lowered amounts, the ice/snow line is now farther north than anticipated, this is what I’m just going on, so I hope you’re 110% right
  2. I’m not trolling, actually Snow lover who just posted right now says pretty much the same thing I’m saying, I’m not trolling and believe me. I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think I’m wrong.
  3. I think 6 or 7 inches is over aggressive, we got to hope that it snows like there is no tomorrow to get that accumulation because it’s looking more and more like the change over is coming quicker and quicker, I’ll sign up right now for 3 to 5 inches in the city and 6 to 8 in my area here in Rockland county and points north and west before the changeover
  4. Listen, I hope you’re 110% right, I’m just seeing what I’m seeing, and it doesn’t look good
  5. Well, it’s pretty much now casting now and I’m just going on what the trend has been, don’t kill the messenger, believe me I want to be wrong, but you gotta tell it how it is when the models are showing how it’s gonna play out, that’s simple
  6. Nobody wants to be more wrong than me, but I’m just seeing what I’m seeing, that warm air seems to be very aggressive on pretty much all the models, I mean, I’m here in Rockland County. You think I would be in a sweet spot but even here we’re gonna get shafted, maybe 6 inches at best before the sleet comes in, the New York City area points south and east, looking a lot less
  7. The way things are looking we’re not even looking at that, I’m saying 3 to 5 in the city, less than that point south and east and even 30 miles west and north of New York City not that much more maybe 4 to 8 at best
  8. I don’t know if anyone saw Bernie’s latest video, but he’s very skeptical about the warm air overtaking the cold air and the sleet, making it into New York City https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1MnGnPprrYjxO
  9. I’m here in Rockland County in a very sweet spot, the mixing shouldn’t affect my area too much, believe me, I’m ready!!
  10. I don’t think that’s happening with all the models showing, you might be lucky to squeeze out 3 to 5 inches on the island before an icy mix comes your way
  11. Oh my goodness, this is pretty sick. Lol. I find this awesome, check this clip out… https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1MsezJwY1F/?mibextid=wwXIfr
  12. I love the quote from Bernie Rayno and it serves true, the biggest snows you get is when you can smell the rain!
  13. Yes, but how do you get that, what link do you click on to see the map?
  14. I’m sitting here in Pearl River New York, seems like a solid 12 to 18 is on the table, no mixing issues here
  15. Like Bernie Reno says, when you can smell the rain, that’s when you get the biggest snows! I’m looking pretty good here in Rockland County New York for this storm
  16. I’m right here in Pearl River, I’m definitely taking the ride up to Harriman or if I have to even go a little further to Monroe, those two areas seem to be the sweet spot of 5 to 8 inches, I will be enjoying the storm on Tuesday, don’t have to drive that far up the palisades to get into the good stuff
  17. Little worried about Bernie Raynos forecast of mixing issues and the dreaded dry slots in New York City and Long Island keeping snow totals down to 6 to 12 inches, even though I’m in the lower Hudson Valley and in a good place, I’m worried about mixing issues here also in Rockland County, any thoughts on Raynos forecast?
  18. TWC just increased its totals for my area here in Pearl River New York in Rockland County. 1 to 3 inches Sunday night, it was 5 to 8 inches on Nonday but they upped it to 8 to 12 inches during the day, 3 to 5 inches Monday night and 1 to 3 inches on Tuesday.
