  1. Some of my soundings favor some sleet mixing in but this could be the biggest snow I have had in years.
  2. Would sum up my last several winters to fall in the gap snow between snow to the north and snow to the south.
  3. 18z GEFS with notable eastern shift in surface low placement vs 12z FWIW. Majority of the ensembles are not pleasing for most in the forum
  4. UKIE is still pretty unamused. 4-5 inches for Central and North Central Ohio along with eastern portions of Indiana. Not much for the rest of the sub forum.
  5. 12Z individual members of the ECMWF are pretty bleak. A few good hits for the form sure, however many more east members out of the sub forum or no snow at all.
  6. No, it may be worded badly on my part but the far eastern edge of IL gets 1-2 from the Euro while Indiana and parts of Ohio get significantly more if you took that run verbatim. Not much snow in IL at all.
  7. Some small scale changes at H5 on the Euro. Taken verbatim its a solid hit for about 3/4 of Indiana(excluding NW areas up by Chicago as well as extreme southern Indiana) as well as the western border area of Ohio from north to south.
  8. CMC individual 0z members FWIW running through 8 PM next Wednesday. Few big hitters, lots of east solutions and a few non storms/non snow
  9. I don't see people discuss the UKIE much in here but the 0z FWIW. Complete whiff on phasing and other things. Unless you live in Western PA or the WV mountains or the smokies in East TN the UKIE says no snow for anyone(unless you count a dusting to 1 inch something)
  10. Hello all- Just signed up. Looking forward to discussing this storm and winter/spring in general. Not sure if posting of the individual GEFS ensembles are allowed, however they are very much a mixed bag depending on where you are. Several complete whiffs to the east, a few very nice hits and some in betweens especially in the western Ohio/Central Indiana/Northern KY circular area. -The GEFS control run is also much more enthusiastic than the mean.
