SPC just put out an MCD for that cell SW of Houston. Says trend is toward a more discrete mode. 

I'm pretty sure Patrick Marsh explain PDS watches as: Sig tor values over 70% are automatically PDS, anything 70% or lower is at forecaster discretion.

How do chasers or public get access to NWS Chat?

In this environment, any storms should be spinning but the lack of UH tracks in interesting. 

Are these meant to be supercells in central AL? No UH tracks with them

Storm on AL/GA border seems legit, starting to take on more discrete structure. Rotation picking as well. 

CC hole there now. I bet it was on the ground, I'm just wondering why a big cc drop wouldn't be there

Lots of clearing now over southern MS and parts of southern AL. Moving north pretty fast and it's only 11.

Yeah HRRR was dreadful predicting Del Rio area storms tonight. That in house model posted above actually did a pretty good job depicting those TX storms.

04 HRRR would be the start of a new trend, it's pretty different from even 03z. If 05,06,07,ect continue this, that's a bad look for north central MS/AL
