Just measured about 6.6 here...still snowing lightly. However, it was on the roof of a car in between 2 houses and may not be accurate, due to some coming off the roofs. It's really light, powdery snow.

Looks like watches are up for the Catskills. Sounds like NWS Albany thinks the amount of downsloping in the upper Hudson Valley is overdone by the NAM.

Just had a gust to 30 mph. Looks like snow is picking up in intensity here also. Radar shows heavier snow has advanced across the Hudson.

There's some very heavy bands showing up on radar over the taconics. Looks to enter Ulster and Orange soon.
