The great thing about camping in December at state parks is you have the place to yourselves. Wasn't a soul there when we arrived.

Sweet A-Frame! I love my pop-up, we've had a friggin blast in that thing. I've got my eye on a hybrid travel trailer for down the road though. But, I need to procure a pickup truck first.
Miss the backpacking days, but with a 2 and 3 year old, luxury-ish camping is the way to go.
