At least the avid snowmobilers can ride their sleds this weekend if the season even started yet, idk? It used to be right around the 18th or 19th, of this month so that's good news! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
Nah, as soon as the Coastal takes over, it'll strip that moisture pretty quickly I'd imagine but one could hope and pray I suppose, [emoji38] Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
This event hasn't even begin yet TBH as the weak SLP is just starting to get it's act together off the N Carolina coast right around Cape Hatteras. It's still a 1010MB SLP and starting to deepen and as it heads North hugging the Coast. The precip should start to gradually get heavier and steadier not that it isn't now but it's just light atm but that'll change in a hurry. I think someone isn't gonna be too happy when they get dry-slotted. I'm not certain who gets the slot yet but it's inevitable just like Thanos!! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
This makes me soooooo happy to see a broad closed 700mb LP out over Michigan which in turn is pumping moisture warm air up and over a dome of very cold air!
And it will continue to do so, watch. Come on, how many times do these systems come much further North than first anticipated? It happens way too often so we'll see! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
Ok I wanna see that area of enhanced precip just stop just shy of the Thruway in NYS then I'll believe their totals for up this way otherwise I don't believe anything I'm seeing with regards to precip output and snow totals but that's just me! If it comes to a screeching halt just before the Thruway then I'll believe them so..... Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
