  1. Boston is going wind up with a #1 all time snowfall from this and people are ready to jump off a bridge because the NAM isn't printing 35-40" anymore. That was expected BTW. You people are out of your minds.
  2. This storm is likely going to alter the coastal landscape permanently in those favored areas that take on water during storms like this one! Very, very dangerous situation in those areas especially.
  3. Maybe. I got up this morning and looked back around 8-10 pages and nothing. It's fine. I got an actual "real" answer from two other people in the forum. Before you decided to chime in. Thanks again. Lol!
  4. There hasn't been much talk about the winds during the past 6-9 hours. Aside for the heavy snow amounts, the wind should be the focus with this one. No?
  5. I'm with you on this one. This is definitely something that people will want to prepare for. There are people alive today that have never experienced a storm of this magnitude!
  6. Happens all the time with storms like this one. Some will get 12-18" and some could get 30+ if the models continue to support be that possibility.
  7. Yes. That's the one. There will be a couple of smaller events as well during the upcoming week that are going to give most in SNE 100% of their yearly snow when you add them together.
  8. Game is not over. By a long shot. This year is considerably different than last Winter. You have heights in the West. Just need a slight shift of the trough in the East.
  9. That's looking very possible right now.
  10. Yes. The remainder of January could be memorable.
  11. Yup. Things are going are real here very soon!
  12. I had mentioned this to a friend of mine a couple of months ago when we were having drier and warmer weather here in the Boston area. What I felt would happen in January & February is now starting to show in the models.
