Bullseye again lol. I've got some pretty serious flooding going on in my area. My gardens are taking a pounding today. Unbelievable. Our power was off for about 4 hours. Finally back on.
Going on 7 hours here.

LOOOOVE the herb box/stand, @Mrs.J!! What a great design -- love the tilt-out tiers.
I've always wanted to try growing my own herbs, but have been afraid to try. Not exaggerating -- I tend to kill ALL plants (with exception, of course, of weeds). It's not intentional, and I honestly try to do the right things in terms of sun/watering, etc. I just don't have green thumbs. I killed marigolds on our patio last year...and you have to try mighty hard to kill those.
Growing herbs is easy. Kinda like growing weeds, put in a pot and add water and you are good.

Wow at Odenton -- looks like 4 or 5 different cells just coalesced over top of them. Gonna be wild there for a bit.
I can verify that it was pretty wild. Crazy lightning and heavy rain.

Good storm with a lot of lightning here in the Hanover/Arundel Mills area. Nothing severe, though.
I'm in Odenton/Crofton and got the most wind I've had in years. Large live branches down heavy tables flipped and unfortunately 13 foot umbrella ruined.

Early taste of Brood X for next spring? Must be an early straggler. I saw a few a year ago and was surprised.
Most likely its Brood IX. They are emerging in VA, WV, and NC now.

I'm wondering what happens if the curve is flattened but not going down by the end of this month...I mean, could things still open, I wonder?
Schools will not resume until Fall. Dr. Salmon advised today that the possibility of E learning is also on the table to start in the fall. Even if things get going by the end of the month which is extremely optimistic, there is no way schools pick up again with a month and a half left. Not worth the risk.

You aren't far from me and I have all grass
covered and driveway and road starting to.

Crooked Crab is the bomb. They have really grown into themselves. Was there on opening day and we actually had a decent snow that day. Made the drive home interesting.
