I self published a couple of books through create space and have been satisfied. My books are available on Amazon in both print and through the Kindle format which makes them available internationally, but most of my sales come from my own effort. I usually order them in bulk and sell them myself when I am visiting the states and also sell them through a couple of mom and pop bookstores on a consignment basis.
