Under a severe thunderstorm warning but nothing severe at all. Heavy rain with lots of thunder but no wind at all.

Radar earlier looked like some storms would come through but they broke up before it got here. Just some sprinkles a little bit ago.

Hazy on the water this afternoon. When I stepped on the porch, I could really smell that chemical odor just like before with the smoke.

Decent amount of thunder with the afternoon storm that moved through. So far 0.58 today. Looks like some more rain incoming now.

No rain/storms yesterday but did get 0.28 overnight.

Some light showers moved through just before 8 pm but didn't even register on the rain gauge.

Rain broke up just to my north over the Patapsco River with the first part moving through. Radar looks decent over Essex. Getting a little windy here.

Smoke definitively worse than yesterday. Visibility about 1.25 miles. Can’t see the Key Bridge on the Patapsco. Had my N95 on so I didn’t notice any smoke smell.

Radio traffic definitely had west coast vibes.
Forestry does prescribed burns in the environmental areas on state lands, It would be interesting to know when the last time they did Soldiers Delight?

The storm in Baltimore County has some neat clouds visible from Northern Anne Arundel.
