Not west of Philly at any rate. Sunday was the heaviest rain, about 2.5 inches here, but mostly there wasn't a whole lot of runoff, a very user friendly 4.75" total here over 6 days.
Perfect way to end a drought. 3-7 inches of rain over a 5 day period. That amount over a day could have been bad for some areas.

Looks like I'm not gonna reach 7 inches of rainfall. Only 0.01" today. Storm total is now sitting at 6.71". This storm dropped more rain here than even Irene, albeit, in more time as well. Impressive nonetheless.
-
Yesterday's total was 0.92", and with 0.23" so far today, the storm total is at 6.46".
-
0.62" so far today bringing the storm total to 5.93". 7 inches maybe?
-
Finished yesterday with 4.05 inches for the day. Have 0.18" so far today and 5.49" for the storm. There's some heavier stuff moving in now. I think this is the highest storm total here since Irene, even more than Sandy.

Just crossed the 3 inch mark. 3.04 inches on the day. 4.30 inches for the storm. More to come!

Wow. Mother Nature produces a forecast fail that had originally progged this area for 1 - 1.5" or so, and we are easily double that.
Just for today, am up to 1.12" at post time and with the 1.62" yesterday and 0.02" Friday night, I am at 2.76" for the 3 days so far and am way WEST of I-95, where S/E was supposed to have "more".
Currently have light rain and 53 with dp 52.
Even south and east of 95, we weren't supposed to have this much rain.

Now under a flood advisory. Up to 1.79" on the day. Up to 3.05" storm total.

Ian the Overperformer... I'm not usually a fan of days of rain and gloom, but rain hasn't been that easy to come by, so I'm seeing it as a good thing. Also looking forward to seeing the sun again, maybe Wednesday?
I'm with ya, but yeah, we need the rain and these multi-day soakers are the best way to get it.
1.07" of rain on the day. Puts the Ian total thus far at 2.33".

Just had the "severe" storm roll through. Missed most of the rain, but got the strongest winds, at least according to radar. Nothing severe, but gusts of 30-40 mph. Temp went from 76 to 64. Pretty cool storm for about 30 seconds.

What a misty, overcast, miserable weather day. I love it! Such a relief from that sweatbox people call Florida. High of 72F today, currently at 70.5. 0.05" of rain on the day.
