scottmartin49 Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 That's what I'm getting. 1978-9 is looking good, especially if the AO drop we're seeing now turns into a Dec. rout towards a negative average. My main concern would be doubts that the polar vortex or 300mb jet is still behaving the way we're used to.
