Ed Lizard Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 I'd like to think I'm not the only one who doesn't understand how polar weather at the 50 or 70 mb level causes changes in the weather, why people get hyped about stratospheric warming events, but, in not too technical met langauge the average interested amateur can understand, how does the stratosphere affect sensible weather?
