Impressive (at least for our area) hail storm early this morning in Grest Falls. Even got to break out the snow shovel to clear off our deck so that it would dry before family came over for Mother’s Day. 

35.8 with light frost in GF. 

Finally made it outside and measured 1.3” in Great Falls. Presumably got a little bit more prior to melting:compaction.

I lived in southern New England at the time.  Even up there, 97-98 was a pretty bad winter.

Uptick in rates here in Great Falls in the last 10 minutes or so.  

Just got back home from DC. Steady snow with nice rates. Likely ~4” after accounting for compaction.
