Just took a walk I'd say it's a beautiful day out but my brain says it shouldn't be this warm so I'm gonna say what a disgustingly warm day it is but had a great walk. My nose is a bit crispy

For the record just like Ji Jays wintry mix cannot locate where he lives on a map.

I've lived in Maryland/Virginia 55 of my 58 years i don't ever recall water restrictions in fall or winter. If this dry pattern keeps up i could see it happening in some places Spectacular fall weather though best we've had in awhile.
