    Significant Power Issues on Staten Island...numerous outages being reported, power has dipped at least 10 times in the last hour, with only moderate winds and rain (located near the SI Mall, in New Springville)

    Sunset was a few minutes ago, here in Staten Island, but the sky appears noticeably darker than usual. Radar looks like it's on our doorstep (to both the north and west) and heading this way within the next 10 - 15 minutes...
