    Wilmington radar appears down now...Raleigh up...having experienced the "eye" of Sandy go right over my house, I can't imagine being on the ground and knowing they are in for those bands for another 24 hours...

    Hopefully SC can be spared significant surge with majority of flow offshore and the storm approaching from Northeast as opposed to from Southeast...

    CIAP4 seems to have been corrected. Now appears to be hovering just above record level. COMP4...now at 50' above record level...incorrect, hopefully. Seems like a lot of readings just above major and just below record flooding...have to hope actual water level is indeed in that range.

    Not to underplay the flooding, but I don't see a single guage that is 20 feet above record levels...CIAP4 is +17 and COMP4 is +15...those are the two highest presently relative to records shown on the charts...
