    Oh man. Radar looks great.

    I have about 3" estimated 5a. Going to be conservative with measuremets today. It was nearly impossible to measure this type of storm in 2005. Interesting to note that box thought I would be near that total for a couple more hours.

    There was a lot of struggle with modeling on this as recently as this morning. When multiple models all get on to that idea at once, it's hard to ignore as dendrite said yesterday. With that being said, upper air analysis is ideal for a classic. The solutions that didn't show as much snow were weird. They might be wrong. So many on here thought it was a red flag, but Harvey, all Boston Mets remained bullish.

    Looks underdone from the banding I'm seeing developing and pushing NW. I meant to type radar and not model trends.

    Yeah, and very notably it doesn't seem to represent well what is falling now. I am already moderately snowing here and it's coming down good.

    Taking a peek at RAP now at 6z. It's not even close to current depiction of radar.

    You can see echos blossoming and pushing pretty far NW into New England at this hour.

    I'm looking at radar trends right now. My immediate thought is the strung out crap is wrong. I think it's game on for many. I am going to look at some of the mesos next. My lazy butt actually went on the desktop to look at this instead of the phone. Don't like to look at stuff like this unless I'm on my big monitors. I'm feeling really bullish.

    Been talking to fish for a few. I don't wanna say too much but he seems to not be worried at all about this reaching major status. With that being said, it's not really his job to be declaring what will and won't be historic.

    One thing to note: 23" is daily high snowfall record at BOS.
