I applaud the CDC decision. Not sure what the point is here. I still reccomend people wear masks in close proximity out of respect, if you don't know who is vaccinated. Simple respect.
Masks are mostly used to prevent the person wearing them from spreading to others.
"I don't get angry over people not wearing masks", I only post about it every day of the week for hours a day. Nope doesn't bother you at all!
Direct correlation from toxic masculinity to a lot of takes in here. People seem to be going out of their way to show how independent and strong they are.
The entire masks outside around other people, specifically before vaccines, was just an abundance of caution. Seemed pretty easy to see that. Was never going to be heavily enforced, it's impossible.
America right now: we have a border emergency, no more illegals!
Meanwhile, 7m jobs going unfilled in largely unskilled trades... That no American wants to work in.
Doh.
Honestly, I didn't get it until I rode in one. Seeing how well it drove itself made my brain explode. And the entertainment center in the middle is amazing. The acceleration? Disturbing.
I am remain very skeptical of some long term goals. But the push to ev is undeniable. I can't think of a company better positioned to dominate the market. The head start and technology they have developed is light years ahead of competition.
And the grid stuff.. We are going electric. Thinking of the country needing 3x amount the electricity it has now. No way are we getting that all from the municipal level. We are going to need solar at local level. And batteries to store the energy.
It's interesting when you think about it. I think tesla faces very little competition when it comes to other companies in the next five years. If they can continue to expand, while they have the upper hand, it will be fun to watch.
The grid will need 3x more power to realize the full potential of electric vehicles soon. The company is rapidly developing advanced batteries, solar panel systems too. It's not just cars. They aren't a car company. I know you must know this, but I feel many are downplaying what this company has already achieved. I mean, space x is straight launching people to the moon soon.
It's also funny how no one cares if a regular car goes on fire. It happens a billion times a day. But if it's a tesla? Call CNN.
It feels like we've known for awhile it spreads through droplets in the air. I haven't taken sanitizer seriously in almost a year. Contact with surfaces doesn't seem highly probable.
Sure ya, I mean, besides the fact my classmates have served in both afghanistan and Iraq after living through 9/11, lost their family homes during the recession, and we're here with you during the pandemic.
You're a pompous deushbag
