This was posted by Boston NWS at around 4 today. It’s just one data point, but they don’t seem to be buying into bigger numbers. Maybe they’re seeing a sharp cutoff near N Middlesex County - about 35 miles from the coast!

Nope. It was on their 7 day forecast page. They’ve now updated it to 6-12.

From their 7-day forecast page. This morning it had about 15” now down to 4-8” and snow not starting until after 11am on Saturday and ending around 9pm.

Boston NWS cutting way back for Groton MA: 4-8”. Not good. We’re only 30 miles or so from the coast.
