The Weather channel on my phone says there are chances of snow in Duluth during the weekend, while Climacell says there wont be any snow. I don't know who to believe anymore.

Weatherflow is a decent weather station. You can also look at climacell since they use internet of things technology to get data. Since you are living "off the grid", you will need as much data as possible top get prior warnings. Hope it helps!
