Gfs had nothing but rain for the November 15th snowstorm so don’t get excited for that. Get excited that it’s actually showing snow this time. I think this storm ends up being colder than the gfs is showing it’s thermals are horrible!

Gfs FV3 is a lot like like it’s brother gfs but a bit more amped and does change to rain. But it’s a bit more snow cause of heavier precipitation. Euro up to 120hrs is a lot less amped and colder. Let’s see how the run finishes edit: euro is on board for a snowstorm here for next week.

I’d rather get a colder solution with less snow than heavier wet snow to heavy rain come on guys. We’re a team

High pressure builds in behind the departing cold front Friday night and remains over the region through Sunday. winds will become more westerly and gusty behind the front Friday night into early Saturday as colder and drier air move into the region. Really? I wasn’t around for that storm I moved to New York City from Luxembourg back in June 1997. I missed the April fools day blizzard too apparently!

Dude it’s weather it’s 100 % unpredictable. Gfs Para May be overdone but who’s to say it’s wrong, we don’t know that. We don’t know if the ukmet is wrong or jma or euro or any of these models. The truth is we don’t know and we won’t know for another few days at least so put down your know it all pipe. thanks
