A merger would be a nice idea for about 9 months out of the year. Right up until that first Miller B that shafts PHL with 1-2" of slush and NYC ends up with 10-14". Or the Miller A that is OTS for the NYC group and buries PHL with 12-18". Then you'd see why a merger of PHL and NYC would be a bad idea.
