The system moves in early Sunday before Sunset and exits quickly. Hence the lighter totals for some.

NWS TULSA had to change the scale because its so much. lol     Its basically a foot of snow or more in the whole CWA.

I think this whole thing is all insane, this could only happen if we indeed got a good snow on the ground.  The ratios would be incredible at these kind of temps or even at 20 degrees for that matter.

Models are crazy with some of these temps.
