Let’s go about 5” here!!!!

High end would be wild....

What do you guys think about this. I say even if we only get a few more 1-3" or 2-4" events this season. I would say this is a success in terms of snowfall? First time in a long time I feel we had a warning level event verify and then a nice cold spell on top of that. Just my two cents. I would give this winter a B+ if we can score a few more WAA events (or what I mentioned above)

-0.4 IMBY this morning can feel that cold air in my lungs when I open the door. Hits differently.

I’m at about 10” unofficially. 8 in spots 11” in others.

Heading out again in 10 minutes for a second measure. Had 6” at 8:30, interested to see now.

I have a little porch table that I used in 2010. I measured every 2 hours and cleaned off up until midnight. Then I measured in the morning. It’s supposed to be most accurate because a yardstick in the ground will have some compacting.

Just put my snow gauge out in the yard. First time using it let’s see how it does LOL.

how does everyone else measure snow? Tape measure? Yard stick? Ruler might not be big enough. 

Still up just perusing but looks like a good 10”+ for the area. Glad to have a warning this close - tired of WAA’s this is a win in my book no matter how it plays out - how many times have we gotten a WWA and 100 miles each way get hammered. Glad to be splitting the difference. Just enjoy it, take it in and live the moment. 

I’m in. Calling 12” in Evans city, I think I’m safe from mixing, at least for now.

Given how much time I invested, the consistency in amounts shown on models, I am setting my disappointment level at less than a foot. A foot is so rare here we have a great chance and to not make it would be disappointing to me. 

I'll take 6-8" anything 6" or less and I'll call it a bust. Just really looking forward to a full daytime snow on Sunday and not everything during the night hours.

Yep even if we mix if we get 8”  before that I’m in. Crosby keeps rolling.
