Here is CWG's post-mortem on their Snowquester (March 6, 2013) forecast. As they state, "The best forecast for Snowquester was one we could not issue with a straight face ... snow accumulations of 0-14 inches." As I recall, despite snowing much of the day almost everything melted on contact. DCA reported .2 inches.
