@Rjay Since Pennsylvania is part of the mid-atlantic wouldn't it make more sense to merge Philly with mid-atlantic subform and not NYC.

Will you change the wording of the NYC subform. So instead of just saying NYC Metro it would say NYC/Philly Metro. @Rjay
