    Yeah, I'm sure we all expected this to last all yr right? It's a puddle of warmth in an Ocean of Cold so don't jump just yet, my Lord! It can also snow up here in the Northeast when were 1-2 degrees AN so please stop the whining.     Went up to Oswego today and it felt like the Twilight zone because there was snow up until about 3 miles from Oswego city, then once inside the City, there wasnt a flake of snow in the air, or otg,, weird!

    Hope someone's keeping a tally of the liquid equivalent of this stuff because we have to have gotten a ton of qpf at least an inch and a half by now with more to come so I hope somebody's taking that info down.     Finally dropped below the 32 degree mark, finally. We're sitting at 31.9F now and it should start to add up a little easier than being 33F so lets see what happens.     Whoevers praying for a wsw-w for a three day period need to keep praying, seriously! This is a WNW-NW wind yr and this, believe it or not, happens every so often and 02-03 was one of those rare yrs. Not saying this yrs going to mimic it to a T, but it's off to an great start for WNW and NW belts that's a fact. KFZY and KSYR both above Normal so far but that too can change.
