    Some of the worst driving conditions driving up into Garrett County. Near White out at times the entire way to Friendsville. Several inches of snow on the ground

    Slightly warmer at the surface pretty much everywhere but really noticeable south. It's essentially just waffling run to run tho after the last few runs.

    Lots of wobbling in the same general area. We are known to loose a storm for a few runs only to have it trend better within 72 hours I would say this one will be no different.

    Lots of flashes down ocmd nice storm just to the SE

    SE ridge is pumping up every run. The storm is too slow and needs to be about 12 hours faster for confluence to really matter. The CMC and the Euro have been steadily headed north along with the icon. We all know where this is headed unless timing works out.

    That high is what's kicking the low north. Low needs to be in front or at the same time.
