Power outages just to my north.

30 miles north of me pounding snow 1 1.5 inches an hour. White out conditions. I have had pounding sleet and freezing rain since 7:30am. Trees starting to feel it.

GFS looks descent.

Level 1 for sleet and ice covered roadways.

I have a pretty good coating of sleet. Roads covered with it.

Still pounding sleet.

Had a little freezing drizzle. Absolutely ripping sleet right now.

Reported on 12z it was having issues.

Go big or go home Bam lol.

NWS might have to rethink the 5-8.

TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Snow is expected on Thursday morning, mixing with rain in the afternoon. will generally be up to an inch, with isolated amounts of up to an inch and a half. A strong winter storm will bring the potential for mixed precipitation to the area. Current forecasts of this mixed precipitation favors the potential for significant snow and sleet along and north of the I-70 corridor, with less snow and sleet, but significant freezing rain south of the I-70 corridor but north of the Ohio River. An Arctic airmass will bring gusty winds Saturday night with bitterly cold subzero wind chills possible Sunday night into Monday.
