Do we have a chance to get 40 inches of snow in February ?? Looks like we get another 6-12 and major icing in the NYC area next week and looks likely with a Winter 94esque event. Cuttter that redevelops along the coast that would blast us again with plenty of frozen and icing. Another warning event possibly incoming !!!!
