Yeah, 4" drive 15 min S/SW and you get a foot. While certainly possible I'd expect anymore subtle gradient in this setup. I've done pretty well so far so if I get screwed I really couldn't be too bitter but to have higher totals in every other direction would be tough.
Oh I’m always bitter being in a screw zone LOL but yeah it’s been okay here for the season.

I’ve lived in Fulton CTY pretty much my whole life and we don’t experience downslope here.

Models seem to have a screw zone setting up over Fulton/Montgomery counties on east a tad.

Its actually too far NW for me as the CCB sits and decays to my west.
Yep parts of Eastern Fulton/Montgomery country don’t do that good on the Euro.

Picked up around 8 inches here in the Great Sacandaga Lake region.

+1 for Radarscope. I’ve used it for years and is truly the best IMO. For the storm NWS has 6-9 here in the far southern Adirondack park.

NAM is nice for my area in the far Southern dacks, snowmap prints out around 3-5. Every little bit helps the snowmobile trails.

You're probably ~20 min away. Was up un Caroga lake/Wheelerville last weekend. Had about 10" up there last event.
I did K-8 at Wheelerville school. Always had a ton of snow there growing up.

I'm on the Fulton Montgomery border. Welcome.
I’m in Mayfield. Love the area, fishing within a mile and snowmobile trail runs right behind my house. Originally from Caroga Lake

Define eastern.
I'm in Otsego County, east of most of the forum posters but still "central" NY.
Welcome to the board.
I’m in Fulton County. Not too far NE of Otsego.

Anyone in here from Eastern upstate NY? Seems like every one is from LES areas and Western NY. I don’t ever see any one talk about eastern NY.

Snowing a steady clip now in the Great Sacandaga lake/Southern Adirondack park region. HRRR Kuchera maps prints out almost 2 feet here. Not going to happen but nice to look at.

Things look good for at least a moderate snowfall out this way, but there are oddly few of us in ENY on here. Meaning east of Utica, and in the Albany-Glens Falls corridor. I think I remember there being more of us in the old Eastern US weather board. There's little point in celebrating alone, lol. ALB, Saratoga, and the eastern Mohawk Valley down to BGM look to do OK, as far as Upstate is concerned. Maybe areas up to the Thruway corridor can hopefully get something decent out of it too.
I'm in eastern NY. Southern Adirondack/Great sacandaga lake region. NWS has us at 7-14. Nam and short range look really good.

Under a warning here now for 7-14 inches. County to my north has an advisory. It's going to be close where that sharp cutoff sits.

Welcome!! How far from long lake? I'll be there this weekend! 21/46er here, do you do any climbing?
Long lake is about an 1.5h north of me. I use to hike some of the smaller mountains in the park but not anymore.

Hey guys new to the page. Southern Adirondack/great sacandaga lake region. Big snowmobiler, I was hoping the runs from earlier today would verify but it seems like everything is SE tonight. I'm just out of the LES region so we depend on regular storms for our trails.

Starting to look like it will be a sleet/freezing rain fest here in my area of the Southern Adirondack/Great Sacandaga lake region. Im hoping the first part overperforms.
