Hi everyone. Newbie here. I follow this site all the time and truly appreciate all of you. I have learned a lot! With winter approaching, this popped up in my newsfeed today and I thought I'd share as it brought back so many memories. I was home, lucky to have a dad who knew how to keep a roaring fireplace going and a mom who kept us fed, even without power. Here's to a snowy winter with no ice storms!
