Radar seems to be going under us here. Nothing coming out of the sky.

I nominate Tip to start the thread.
That's been the kiss of death recently.

Temp has crept up to 33 here and it looks like it's rain/sleet now. Wonder whether we'll flip back as the DBZ's increase.

Just got back from taking my son to school. Complete sh!t show on the roads. School buses, trucks and cars off the road. Big wet flakes and everything caked.

Surprised to look out and see it snowing here in Londonderry. 32F. Didn’t think I’d see any until the tail end tomorrow morning.

If MHT ever managed 16" and I got 0" 5 miles south the christmas tree and presents would be on fire.
I'll join you !!!!

So are we seeing a trend here, with the 12z models moving SE?

Unfortunately I think that is the only option. Was hoping someone might have some clever idea or something more technologically advance than a shovel.
Blow torch !?!

30/29, seems to have quietened down out there. Can still see some pellets but also what looks like very fine snow
-
31/31 and sleet/pellets

Big time doubts about this west of 495 now. Still early but the short term guidance is seriously meh.
Me too. Winds pretty decent but the snow growth is poor.

How are the Mesos performing against reality ?
-
Experts; how do you feel the meso models are doing compared to reality. I saw tip etc. talking about the low elongating which I see on the HRRR.

Need this to lift north a tad to get in to the good stuff here. Windy but just pixie dust here blowing all over. Not sure whether that happens and/or when.
-
Should we be worried about too far a west solution now ?!?

Looks like the pattern turns bad as we head into February
Was the pattern ever good? Sure it got colder, but still no snow, other than some nuisance stuff.

So those EPAC missions providing extra sampling data that OceanSTWx posted, who gets the data ? Would it only be in the US models or would the Euro also have it ?

Just some pixie dust stuff so far. Looks on track for another 2-4'' to me.
Really? I'd be surprised at this point to get anymore than 1" and kinda think we just get a covering.

Big difference between NWS/Local Mets (WMUR etc.) and TWC forecast. TWC going for 1-2", NWS etc. ~5"

First flakes finally !

Yawn.
Yesvember or November?

We had about 1" here before it rained on top, based on the slush on my driveway. According to the locals in town the snow line ended around Windham.
