Rawinsonde Source

I'm not sure if this is a good location to ask this, but im gonna go for it anyways.

Does anybody know where I can find rawinsonde data/sounding files for specific locations that are not necessarily the release points? I am building a web app right now that extrapolates certain weather data from NEXRAD radar data. Part of some of my functions need sounding data that correspond to the ranges of these nexrad sites.  I'm far from a meteorologist, so I'm not sure what the range/data collection extent is on these balloons.

If anybody can help me out, or at least point me in the right direction of where to look, I would greatly appreciate it.
