Have not seen this kind of dry in a long, long time. Hate to say it but I'm all good with a period of no precipitation. It's been 6 months seen I've seen a forecast that was this dry. Overnight Mostly clear, with a low around 19. Calm wind. Thursday Increasing clouds, with a high near 37. Calm wind becoming southwest around 6 mph in the afternoon. More power to those near the coast but I'm feeling whiffs for the deep interior. Kind of waiting for a kicker low to show itself wrt to next weekend. If we whiff, we dry and I'm ok with that for now.

30° flurries. Well, it has been one of the more wintery November's in a long time. I have been in Greenfield for 11 years now and I don't recall seeing Barton Cove on the Connecticut River frozen in November .

After whatever mixed bag to rain happens this weekend my amateur eyes see cold/cool and dry for most of next week in WNE. I am not opposed to it since there is still some leaves to clean up and the snow is all gone.

Always do in the winter! I can't tell you how much CMC fantasy snow I have shoveled over the years.

That report out of Charlemont is suspect. My buddy says 5-6" at Berkshire East.

The models are certainly not locked and even if we go AN for a few weeks the interior will still have shots at snow.

I am losing my mind. I would almost take a December torch if it meant bright sunny days but I know that is unlikely. I can only guess we are probably at about 20% of possible sunshine the past 90 days.

I miss Montpelier, have not driven up there in several years and lived there off and on in the mid90s. Refresh my memory, is it a bit of a snow hole compared to surrounding areas? That seems to be my recollection.
