Same here in Mineral Springs. Bummer. 

Nothing but cold rain near Waxhaw NC about 23 miles SSE of center city Charlotte. 

Mostly rain with some sleet in Waxhaw, 33 degrees. Tiny dusting of sleet in some spots.

Crazy how much difference a few miles makes, I’m just on the other side of Wesley Chapel from you and MBY looks nothing like that, sleet and a stray wet flake mixing in but everything is still just soaking wet. 

Rain has changed to mostly sleet now in Union County btwn 75 and 84.

Long time forum ‘lurker’ here in Waxhaw (Mineral Springs) too. Might need to change winter storm warning to flash flood warning if we don’t get the changeover!  The creek in my backyard that’s usually quiet is already rushing.
