I miss turning on the flood lights watching the kids sled, walking out on the deck listening to the powder crunch under foot, taking deep breaths of arctic air, hopefully those times are around the corner.

The powder I know doesn't crunch. Crunchy powder, it must be a SW Comm. thing.

Well Ekster's old gang at BOX issued heavy snow warnings and were forecasting 12-18" and in the end not 1 single flake fell on my property. It was a raging virga storm overhead. Thanks for ripping the scab off that wound, I had almost forgotten.
