Hurricane Maria in Tropical Headquarters Posted September 21, 2017 I have friends at Grace Bay in Provincials if I am following this correctly they should get Cat 1 winds as Maria goes by, does that make sense. That are northerners with no experience in a Hurricane but appear to be in a safe location. Am I close on the winds?
