Y’know…I literally only post about once per year, usually during winter because I like reading the very informative posts. It’s become rather discouraging to see not only childish posting but also the absolute banality of those whining because it’s another winter with little/no snow. Exactly.  Those type comments add absolutely nothing of benefit to the thread. I rarely post here and I come here to learn as much as I can, so to see dickish comments like he made are discouraging.

Anyway, there's my (likely) one post of the year.  Carry on, fine people.

Hey Mabe! Good to see you post. Currently in Charlotte with some light rain/snow mix, current temp showing 36.

Had 11" at 10:00 this morning.  Still snowing just not as much. I'm close to Olin, NC about five minutes north of Statesville.

Haven't been outside yet but we have a significant amount...and power went out about ten minutes ago.

I'm at 39 in N. Iredell county (about five minutes north of Statesville up 77). Good and cloudy but no precip. I can't wait for my kids to wake up in the morning. And, from a LONG TIME lurker, thanks to all you guys for your work here. I really enjoy reading the threads and learning.
